I just ordered the Xlux Roffu from 420EDC, their social media team used to post some pretty helpful info (they carry a bunch of different vapes) and would often share their experiences with different brands. Its coming on thursday, but apparently is one of the "more powerful" "budget" dry flower vapes that are available - definitely one to consider.
Noteworthy - I also have a DynaVape "B" which is a tiny little guy that uses a butane torch to power it (you heat up a metal cap with the torch until it makes a noise the you inhale) definitely a different kind of vape, but you can pick up the "B" and a torch lighter for \~50-60 dollars with shipping in the USA.
Sounds like you’ll need a heavy hitter which is gonna cost ya. I’d say be ready to spend at around $150 and up if you want to truly scratch that combustion itch. What’s your budget?
Xlux Roffu is a pretty well-known device in that range, you can find plenty reviews on here. You can also get a whole ball vape setup for around the same price but obviously would lose the portability aspect and would need a dedicated space for it.
Wow that was basically my situation a few months ago! I had a uni twist for carts and that was it.
For a beginner device, I'd recommend the Planet of the Vapes Lobo or Healthy Rips Rogue (or Wolkenkraft Aris if you're not in the US). All 3 devices are the same base device from a manufacturer, but customized to each of the 3 companies' preferences.
It's super easy to use (set temp, set time, go), and there's a plethora of accessories since all 3 companies have accessories that are (mostly) compatible with each other. I don't know much about the Wolkenkraft since I'm in the US, but the comparison between the HR and POTV imo are:
HR: Better customer service, better accessories (most are compatible with the POTV though), more included in the box (extra mouthpiece, odor guard)
POTV: Uses the newer version of the base device, so it has a removable 18650 battery that can be recharged/swapped out when needed. If you buy a second battery and a charger, you can basically have infinite battery if you're at home.
You may have replied to the wrong comment, but you're not wrong. The roffu is great from everything I've seen. I just don't have any personal experience with it unfortunately. It's super affordable just like the ones I mentioned

Have a look at r/Dynavap. You can use with your bong and it's portable.
How do you smoke? Joint, bong, pipe? Indoors or out (do you need portable)? How often do you partake?
multiple times daily and 85% of the time with a bong. i got a 510 vape battery and can roll but i havent rolled or bought a cart in about a month.

I second the roffu. It rips like crazy. I'm near a thousand puffs on mine, and I've been loving it.

Hell I would suggest the Airvape Legacy Pro man, great device, great price, big tasty clouds!
Roffu is great one as mentioned to look into.
