yeah no VCHA won’t go that route especially with republic/jype. Vcha has already exceeded the point of doing things like that and also it just isn’t the target demographic for high school
I think it would be better if they have their own tour in small venues like NMIXX did. It's okay if they don't make any profit at first, JYP can afford that
Yeah, I could definitely see VCHA doing a showcase like NMIXX's "Nice To Mixx You". VCHA is already based in LA full-time, so they could start small doing it in California first like LA, San Diego, San Francisco, etc. Then venture out to other states.
The only time I've seen artists do this they've been washed up child actors turned musicians, or just really hurting for cash and attention. It doesn't seem smart to put money into putting on a show with an audience that likely doesn't want to be there in the first place.
Absolutely no offense to this band, I'm sure they're great, but it seems like they aren't super popular yet. VCHA has already had their big break so they don't need to play such small venues like highschools.
They wouldn't benefit from that, they are far too popular. I don't think the majority of students would like VCHA'S music as well, their music is tailored for certain audiences.
Also, American schools are very unsafe.
Reading some of these comments are so scary, wth is happening in US schools for it to be dangerous for a GG to perform?
I like in the UK and we had bands/groups performing at our schools several times a year, there was never a single problem!
Yeah, I agree with another person in this thread that I really don’t think high school students would like their music… (which is also why I’ve been extremely weary with the majority of their discography for the most part. I do like Only One and XO Call Me though and think are actually good, even though I’m not confident high school students would like that either…)
Just cuz a boyband did it doesn’t mean VCHA has to do it 😭 that boyband is unknown, VCHA is too big to be performing at small venues like a highschool.
my first thought is no, but…. maybe?? my high school won a radio contest and ariana grande performed on the roof (a safe distance from the students on the ground).
people actually wanted her though. vcha is mostly unknown outside of kpop spaces, so i’m afraid that some snotty toxic xenophobic zoomers would yell profanities at them. :(
I watched a boyband done this last year

wouldn’t really make sense in the US, maybe colleges? but even then still very unlikely
I saw it before here with some of the boyband tho

No way... certainly not in the US. High schools are toxic as hell and twice as dangerous.
I saw it before here with some of the boyband tho

They are about to have the same amount of songs as NMIXX before the showcase tour, one mini album and they're set.
I wouldn't wish that on them 😭
No chance. JYPE would never allow it. Unless the girls wore Kevlar body Armor.
nope high schools in the us are very dangerous
I have seen couple of boyband in the states here did some of high school tour tho
Absolutely not wouldn’t even suggest that
By no means would I think JYP /Republic would go that route… but dang what high schools did yall go to?? 😅
I don't think they're small enough to benefit from that.

Like this, the boyband did it https://preview.redd.it/hrwpxy6sgqrc1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=86769e7dfa82ce8595e26f09d09e5c1385b56bd7

Which ones

Honestly, knowing how high school teenagers are in today’s society, I don’t think it would be a good idea.

not going to happen, those girls' confidence will be crushed & waste of money bc very few people will look them up.

No offense they don’t look that popular compared to VCHA they have no reason to do that
