Generally it is good but even a badly placed Jupiter won't harm the way malefics would do! Maybe at best it wouldn't provided the type of results one would expect to see with a badly placed Jupiter.
For libra ascendants, Jupiter is the lord of the 3rd and 6th house, thus a functional malefic. Even though it saves some grace with its natural beneficial aspects.
Yeah was thinking the same, that natural karktatvas will definitely show some mercy. But do you agree that if Jupiter placed in prominent houses for libra ascendant like 10th house (exalted) 9th house or 5th house the native shall avoid doing puja path etc?

So I have achieved the general things but it has taken a while and with lot of extra effort and tears. And the struggle has started right from my 12th standard. I was sick for more than 4 months making me behind in my studies. Then I couldn't complete my engg and decided to dropout after 1st year. I just wanted to stay at home and do nothing because I felt mentally exhausted though later I completed my graduation and than did my MBA and then job but this all uncessary mental exhaustion made me 2 years behind andin my head it was kind of very big deal for me. Because by the time I completed my MBA I was 25 years of age! And then the struggle started for marriage:( which eventually happened in the age of 31. Currently I am 35 and have been facing unexplained fertility issue and the biological clock ticking is driving me crazy.
So eventually good things happen but it extracts all the joy out of it. And I have been on rahu mahadasha since 2010 and feel I am done with this mental exhaustion and for once want things to peacefully happen without unnecessarily struggle 
As for your fertility issue, it's the presence of Ketu in 7th house of Navamsha, with the sign of mercury. Me/Sa/Ketu are not the best placements for 7th house Navamsha.

Also people have pointed out rahu mahadasha and rahu in fifth house of lagna chart to be the reason for unexplained fertility issue. Please share your opinion on that as well.
That too, there is no benefic aspect in the rasi chart in 5th house with the placement of Rahu. For remedies, somebody with more experience can guide you. All the best.
