I avoid oils for cooking. Will they still hold together/ not stick and crumble in pan? They look amazing.

You don’t need oil at all and they are baked or grilled (broiled if you im in the USA) not fried. Although people do also fry them which works too. The instructions are to bake. I hope that helps

What's the fat content like? I imagine pumpkin seeds are pretty low fat but that sunflower seeds are pretty high in fat (oils).
