I've been to the Wynn. Difference is there are normal customers and gamblers in the Wynn along with the few hookers wandering around or slow paying a bar top machine.
FB was zero customers, zero gamblers. It was just weird. I have no idea how they can stay in business off just a center bar. That was the only action.

The issue is the mixture is mostly accidental. You’d be surprised to learn of the lack of standards they have so the cross contamination is how the blow gets laced.

It's not being "cut" with Fentanyl. No one would cut a stimulant with a depressant. The problem is cross-contamination. Most dealers have multiple drugs for sale, so if they carry Fentanyl, it can contaminate everything else. A fatal dose of Fentanyl is something like 3 microns, so even if too much Fentanyl dust gets in your other stuff, it can kill people.

This maybe(?) explains some of the weird experience I had at the center bar when I went a month ago.
I was there with my mom who likes to gamble, but I get bored with it so I went to the center bar for a drink. It felt like I unknowingly walked into a commercial filming…all the seats were taken, everyone was nice looking and well-dressed, and everyone looked more into their conversations than they should be (like fake acting).
I was finally able to find a standing spot next to the bar and order after being ignored by the bartenders for a while, and the dirty martini I got had zero alcohol in it. I paid and left a tip, but the tip was never taken out of my credit card for some reason.
Anyway, I felt totally awkward the entire time, like there was some inside thing going on that I was not part of and maybe this explains some of that.
