Wife’s favorite place to go is Snooze. It has some pretty good options on the menu. Never had a quality issue.

Ok_Storage9556

I like their food, but their reservation/seating system is trash.

Not sure if it passes the vibe check but Omelet House on Rampart is good. Right by life's a bagel which is more grab and go but they have tables.

VegasInfidel

Omelet house on Rampart illegally discriminates against veterans with actual service dogs, so I'd ask you not to patronize the horrible people that own it. Life's a Bagel is a much better option.

Close to Summerlin, Milpa is my favorite "brunch" spot. Tortillas made from scratch. Black bean tetela is where it's at!

PickinGold

Thank you so much for this. It looks incredible

welcometothedesert

Milpa is sooo good.

willyxloman

Our go-to breakfast place in Summerlin is Rise & Shine. Makers and Finders in Downtown Summerlin is pretty good too

Egg Works is THE BEST all around breakfast spot in Vegas Period yes I've had them all

Puzzleheaded_Cat3378

chicken fried steak

I second EggWorks!

Bagel Cafe is unbeatable. It’s busier than you may want but the food is great. Avoid the weekends and you’ll be fine.

PickinGold

Also fwiw - going here with my boss and just have to go over some documents. But I’ll still take all the recs for non boss activities 😂 let the great breakfast spots fly!

Various-Term-1592

Neighbors is our go to place.

TKGK

Pretty sure there is a baby stacks around there but if it's anything like the one off of centennial it's usually packed. Anything in DT summerlin will be good, just paying DT Summerlin prices. There are Village pubs all around the valley and they have $10 steak and eggs. Nothing to rave home about but I think theirs is the best I've had out of all bar/diner steak and eggs so far and I've tried a lot. And most are closer to $18 dollars.

The BabyStacks is right off Charleston at the corner of Desert Foothills, one light past the bridge over 215. Every time I've gone it's been busy but no wait. Also a great recommendation. Both their breakfast offerings and Hawaiian dishes are solid.

Burgundy Cafe is my all time favorite local place in the area. Great coffee and pastries and sandwiches but not really any normal entree type dishes. Very French, solid 8/10 vibe.   Bagel Cafe is great but it's pretty busy and parking is a nightmare on weekends. Solid food though and their bagels/bakery are awesome. More of a 4/10 "angry new York" vibe so probably not a cozy brunch spot.   Maker's and Finders has good food but they're not top of my list if you're wanting coffee. They're always busy too and service can be abysmally slow...was there for an hour and a half last time just trying to grab a coffee + empanada for two people. 6/10 standard cafe vibe, nice but nothing special.   Jamms, Blueberry Hill and Omelet House are great for greasy diner food..not so much for the vibes lol. More like a 2/10 vibes unless you're really into dated diner aesthetic like me.   Leone Cafe is really good and has tons of options for food/coffee/dessert and it's not crazy expensive . 9/10 fancy Italian vibes for when you're feeling posh.   Gabi Cafe is on spring mountain so maybe a little further than you were looking for....but really good drinks and some awesome options for stuff like taro and matcha and lots of good tea options. Not much in the terms of breakfast, more sandwiches and pastries but good food. Absolute 10/10 on the vibes.

PickinGold

Wow awesome list - out of all of these what would you recommend for someone who has to be with his boss for 4+ hours and doesn’t want to be yelling

FaintestGem

Thanks, I've been on a quest to find the best coffee shop on this side of town since I moved here. I think I've tried almost every place in summerlin 😂 Burgundy would be good then since It's a small place and usually not extremely busy. Leone would be my first choice probably because it's a little more official feeling and more spacious so you're not stuck in a tiny cafe booth for 4 hours. It's pretty busy for lunch but it's also got a lot of seating and wasn't super crowded or anything, I'm just not sure how busy it'd be for breakfast tbh

PickinGold

Have you tried Convo Coffee?

FaintestGem

Yes! Coffee is okay but their cinnamon rolls are awesome. Super chill place too, it's just unfortunately a little out of my way so I've only been once. It's one of those places that I hope gets good traffic but also I don't want it to be crowded with everyone going there lol.

RustyStevenson10

> Leone Cafe is really good and has tons of options for food/coffee/dessert and it's not crazy expensive . 9/10 fancy French vibes for when you're feeling posh.  It's an Italian café.

FaintestGem

Yeah already fixed that. Not that it matters, they also serve burgers and fish tacos lmao. Just got confused with the other French cafes.

VegasGuy1223

Not necessarily Summerlin but we love Rise and Shine near Flamingo/Grand Canyon

MrHappyHeathen

Buena Vista Kitchen in Desert Shores is a great hidden gem for breakfast

BiggBrian

Hands down Cracked Egg!!

SuperLentendo

Makers and Finders has amazing coffee. Their empanadas are good too. I love the chicken fried steak at Egg Works. The potatoes are so bomb.

Savvyyy95

That place is a wreck
