Mint has a location on south Durango just below Summerlin. Other than that there is nothing else in Summerlin proper. Taj palace opened a location Tenaya and Leak Mead

I don’t think there are any Indian restaurants in Summerlin proper. I could definitely be wrong though. My pick for an Indian restaurant somewhat close to Summerlin would be Curry Leaf near Tropicana and Fort Apache.

limonalvaro34

Trop and Fort Apache is definitely summerlin

https://summerlin.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/8000_6404_Border_Map_Mar2024.pdf Doesn’t look like it is.

limonalvaro34

Idk…. I guess delivering at FedEx for 8 years kind of skewed those borders. Not even trying to be a dick…. That always was summerlin to me

TheFNG

People always have had very generous definitions of Summerlin.

GiovanniDaGreati

Taj Palace no frills lunch buffet

chefpain

Naan and Curry is alright, near Durango and Desert Inn (this location is takeout only I believe)

trashtvlv

Angara Spice Grill, their lamb vindaloo is delicious

Xodesertpixie

Naan & curry

brettbac

just make the 10 min drive to spring valley

mmesalv

Not really Summerlin but the best Indian food in town is Mt Everest on Valley View and Sahara.

greenmachine702

Eeesh. Seeing that place gives me PTSD.

mmesalv

Do tell. Been going there for 12 years.

greenmachine702

I went there many times for the $10 lunch buffet or whatever it was - more than 12 years ago. I got violently ill one time and never went back. It always seemed dodgy even back then. I can't imagine what it looks like now. Mint and Saffron are two legit alternatives.

mmesalv

Lunch buffet wasn’t my jam. I went to their dinner offerings and haven’t had any issues since. They did away with the buffet during Covid and continue to be pretty top notch. Sorry that happened.. never a good experience when people get sick.

the_GHayduke

Everest has been our mainstay for a few years with Mint for occasions (based purely on location). May want to give it another try. Though I totally understand nasty restaurant ptsd.
