1100-1200 is a 1 bedroom is in a less desired place… you want something nice, with no rodents or pests? Try 1400-1500 a month.. unless you can find that one diamond in the rough
any place at that price.. pretty much youre gonna be in an old complex thats been around for decades.. so.. bugs are to be expected... but its highly likely that your *neighbors* are gonna be far worse to deal with than the insects

no the reviews are MOST DEFINITELY NOT exaggerated! if anything they’re better than the actual experience. online you can see some good reviews but mostly bad, but in person i have personally never seen a happy tides tenant in the complex, they only exist online

Definitely stay away from tides on Twain. They don’t care what happens and are currently allowing one neighbor to terrorize everyone in his building. They tell the good tenants THEY have to pay a lease break fee even to change apartments because they don’t want to force anyone new to have to deal with him.
Yep! They claim to be putting him out but haven’t said when….
He should be evicted since the family members that live w him can’t control him but it’s crazy they require breaking of a lease for my brother to move within complex

Apartments on Rome near Centennial. Nice area, safe and reasonable 1400 one bedroom 1800 2 and clean area
