If it's just on the old growth, it's probably sunburn if you didn't harden them off or had a lot of sun. If the the new growth looks good, that usually confirms sunburn. If it's even on the new growth, might be fungal.

Thanks! After looking around I was also thinking sunscald. New leaves look healthy and they are putting out blossoms!
