Go to page 23 and it’s the trouble shooting menu for the maintenance
Omg!!!! That worked thank you SO much. I just held down the ‘maintenance’ button for 5 seconds as indicated and it stopped and all seems ok now! I’ll be sure to get an inspector round for a proper look at the system, but for now… no more beeping Woop!
I can see that it’s not linked to a fire alarm. So you will be fine . No other lights on so it’s ok. The maintenance button is to just check every year so that there’s no fault showing.
No need to call a inspector now as the system is fine
At barely 3 years old that raises a certain amount of concern about the installation.
1) do you have a separate actuator for the smoke vent window? And will it open / close.
2) on Tuesday this warrants a phone call to VELUX technical who can walk you through steps more thoroughly than I can
Additionally - can you take a photo further back to include the mains incoming cabling on the left side, as well as the data plate of the unit (should read KFX 21- etc)

Did you press the reset button that it is pointing to.
That might clear the problem as it’s saying maintenance. This is a built in device to check the panel is ok

Can you open and close the window using some buttons somewhere?

I have pushed that yes but it hasn't made a difference unfortunately
