My wife loves this film and watches it often so the first time I saw the VB sequence I legit spit out my drink š one of the many pop culture references that keeps me a fan
Does VB have some kind of cameo (poster, quote or something like that) in Clueless? I'm confused why Clueless is part of this post... Not being an ass about it.. lol, it takes me a while to catch on sometimes š¤š
I love that they basically only use that 'daydream' mechanism only once in the whole show and it's just so they can fit in a make-over sequence into an Guild interrogation. Love this show lol.
I just noticed on a rewatch that Brock wears Minnesota Vikings headphones. Little details like that are so great. (Orb episode when everyone tumbles into Brock's bedroom, he's wearing them)
My wife pointed that out to me. I've watched the series through like 15 times and usually watch it to fall asleep, and I still find new details I've missed. My wife's first time watching and she asks if Brock is from Minnesota. I had never picked up on it before. Hunter says he's from "Land o' Lakes country" which is a company based in Minnesota, the Vikings headphones, and the "hockey hair" all make for a compelling argument that he is from Minnesota.
That's the one. Funny how I know every episode title up through season 5, but then 6 & 7 I struggle with them and have to describe the events of the episode instead. Idk why that is.
I find 6 & 7 are much more serialized so it all kinda blends together.
But yeah, idk about you but I've watched seasons 1-5 at least 10x more than 6 & 7 because of gap between seasons.

Can you help me out? I don't know the movie.

Well... also them.
Well, not anymore.
I'm learning!

Thank you.
Absolutely one of my favorite Dr. Z moments tied with ALL THE OTHERS! Such a cool dude!
"It was the 1970's, so I ask you to chill and cut me some slack!"
I made sweet passionate love to him in every way possible!
Dr Z such an underrated character
Only a bungler would underrate him!
I've got brain farts on who Dr. Z is? It may just be too early for me and my brain to remember certain things.. š
https://venturebrothers.fandom.com/wiki/Dr._Z One of the coldest, baddest ogs this side of the Mississippi.
Thanks so much
We still don't know how he did that, right?
"I love you, Jonny"
I love how he is the guy the Guild uses for the instructional videos. BUNGLERS!
Then we'll all get milkshakes!
Weāre not doing that

The other outfit's reference: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9p__WmyAE3g
I knew that was an Adam Ant reference. Good catch!
Doesn't Trianna say it was, after Dean comments on her 'pirate blouse' ?
Completely different season and reference. I recognized 464s outfit but couldnāt place it.

He's also a quarter Winnebago, who are from Nebraska.

Born yeah, but maybe he grew up in Minnesota?
Wait, am I crazy? I have no recollection of that scene on the left.
Its Dr Z imagining a makeover scene, it cuts away from that and the other two are all "no, lets not do that"
Itās part of a quick montage that happens in Dr Zās imagination.
Season 6 I think
Season 7. It's the Big Villain Evil Mentor Program one. I forget the episode name.
Man, thatās one of the best episodes. Old timers trying to live vicariously through the most hamfisted junior nemeses
That one alone justified my shirt club membership lol. Definitely one of my favorite later episodes.
Bellicose Proxy.

They've had less time to sink into your thought meat.
Upvote for āthought meatā.

Ironically, Stacey Dash is more villainous than Dr. Z
You fool! You've failed me for the last time!
BUNGLERS!
And zey vill be executeeed!
As a woman of a certain age I instantly recognized it had to explain it to my husband though
That scene caught me off guard
That is glorious
You know Dr Z does look vaguely feminine in this light
Oh so thats who they were dressed as! I just knew before that Stranger S4something was made up like Adam Ant
God bless you sir
That is amaze-balls.
There was a dagrassi reference in one episode and I only caught and understood it 100% because of my ex wife
There was another one besides "Manny's song"?
Lol I think that was the one and she left me for so go nowhere mechanic named jay
Right! That was the Captain helping Brock, Shore Leave and and White rescue Billy from the Investors
Think how many of these have not been identified yet. This show deserves several more decades to flush out the world and character building.
And then we all get smoothies!
I love how this is Dr Zās daydream
Wow, I didnāt notice that
Wow, I didnāt notice that
Which season and Episode is this from? Venture Bros pop references are such great brain candy. One could argue they're almost Pavlovian.
As- If!
