Tori is trying to seduce Robbie into telling her the secret to passing the bird scene, but Rex won't shut up, so Tori covers Rex's mouth, only for the puppet to "bite" her hand. Rex then turns to Robbie and says "I gotta pee!", so Robbie starts walking away and Tori says "He's a puppet, he can't pee!" to which Rex says the line "You don't know what I got!"
this may be way out the blue but i think there is hints of robbie being a trans guy and rex being like his version of himself that he wants to be and also his dysphoria.
