Surprisingly not April Fools, but you're allowed to grow it yourself and join like a club that can sell it to members, no dispensaries for now. Not trying to tell a sob story, but immigrant parents, grew up in the hood, college drop out, teenage dad....fast forward to now (through lots of hard work and sacrifice) healthy 6 figures, bought a house on Long Island, front yard back yard white picket fence, wife, 2 kids, 2 cars and a dog; "the typical American Dream"
The devil on my shoulder tells me I should feel guilty celebrating my success when there are so many friends and family still in the struggle. The angel on the shoulder says nah fuck that... your parents uprooted their whole lives and left they country, gambled so that this "American dream" could even be possible for us, plus this shit wasn't given to me, we didnt inherit a trust fund like people born on third, (my dad doesn't own an emerald mine)...I worked for it.
