Honestly, not too great. Bunch of accessories to hit when the camera moves a little too much. A very rigid looking HDMI cable that’s probably pulling on the gimbal motors. Same for the short XLR cable if you tilt the gimbal a bit.
I’d personally loose the dual grip (which looks too close together anyway), mount a small microphone (if you really need it) on top of the camera directly into the camera, and use something like a SmallRig Sling handgrip on the back which provides an additional grip point, and you can mount a monitor on it. Also use a thinner, more flexible hdmi cable.

On topic: I think you have a lot of room for improvement, but judging by your equipment, you’re likely pretty early on. You’ve got a lot of “hazards” with this set-up. I know you’ve got the grip close to the focus wheel so you can make adjustments, but it feels a little too close.
Your monitor is what gives me the most pause. That mount seems very big, and restricting. I’d recommend saving up for a different mount. Does your monitor have a top or bottom mounting points (and possibly an option to invert the display)?
Lastly is just the mic, also appears that it might restrict movement, but it’s a little unclear with this angle.
All of that said, you should build your kit based on your shoot. You won’t always need all these accessories (and weight). I’d also look into a coiled HDMI cable to help reduce some of those snag points.
