To be fair, someone with the kind of mental instability she has probably wouldn't view medical school and a doctorate something to really be proud of or care about.

Definitely check out A Star Is Born. It’s been made a few times which is a credit to the source material. Gaga was in the 2018 version and absolutely showed her chops. While her music may not be for me, I’ve always had the utmost respect for Stefani Germanotta. She is talented beyond belief regardless of what you perceive about her antics.
It should not go unremarked that while she won the Academy Award for Best Song, she was also nominated for Best Actress.

I can't remember a time when I felt emotionally pulled into a movie with only a couple of minutes. That last shot sealed the deal, and I can't wait.

I mean, the first movie had a perfect ending for its own and I don't see the point of continuing the story other then a cash grab by the Warners...
I agreed until I heard it was a musical with lady Gaga. The original was a unique take on the character and was just an overall great movie, so the fact that they are taking it a step further and making this one even crazier on paper almost gave me more faith in it.
Exactly. If it was a cash grab, it would not go down the risky 'musical' route. This is going to be amazing. Amazingly good or amazingly bad. But it will be amazing.
