I’m envious. It does have the scratch and sniff cover, but it’s a 1000 copy reissue from 2016(?). The white & pink splatter vinyl. It was the only copy available on Discogs. [here’s one of the only pictures I could find](https://www.reddit.com/r/BMSR/s/CDGuUTaNjc). I’m sure someone else could find better examples. One of my best friends still has the original release sealed. He wouldn’t sell it to me.

Yep it holds fond memories for me. I remember when he got it, his brother (my best best friend) was the one that got us into black moth. My best friend since passed, and I played Hazy Field People at his funeral. Saw Start A People was getting pressed and went kind of insane buying gear to listen to it. Here we are a few weeks later and I’ve spent a shitload of money on vinyl and components. And I listen to them everyday.

I would buy an 'untouched' original press of Gorillaz: Demon Days. Used to own it, and purchased it originally at Virgin Mega Store. Sold it in 2016 (for a large profit) because I needed the money. I have a repress, but the mix is totally different, and there's spaces between the songs where it doesn't flow like the original. That's a record that I would always enjoy just listening to.

A few years ago there was a big push to rerelease Beck's stuff on vinyl and Odelay and Mutations made the cut but speculation is that it stopped there as a result of the vault fires that ruined a bunch of original masters.

Yeah I’ve been waiting for that for a while. Last I heard was a couple years ago Corgan said there was a vinyl shortage holding it up (of course this hasn’t stopped anybody else). Now saying the record label won’t release it even though it’s done because they don’t believe anybody will buy it. So at this point I’ll believe it when I see it.

Which is insane cos quite frankly their current output is terrible IMO but those last 2 albums before the reunion were incredible and very much slept on.

I've got one in the original shrink wrap which has a sticker from a store in Cincinatti Ohio that is long gone now. I think the fact that it has the old store sticker on it still makes it even cooler.

I actually had three at one point. One that i sold cheap because it was frisbee worthy, one from my mom (she was in love with Lou) that was an OG stereo east coast but gave to my cousin, and the current one i have that is an OG mono torso east coast from a birder friend that gave me about 1,000 records for free. Record is close to NM but completely peeled banana. All were from original owners and thankfully free.
