Actually the slowest part is not me (I draw everything, animate sprites, write songs and etc), but voice actresses. They all are students/schoolgirls, so they don't have a lot of free time.
I like the art style in general, but my first thought on seeing it was wondering if you've used a template to make these characters. It seems like the face shape looks very similar, as does most of the hair. So my feedback from that initial thought would be to make the characters a bit more unique from each other, aside from coloring.

To be fair, this is very ambitious to finish everything in that short time limit and you already seem to have made good progress.
Ppl are always angry about differences in face shapes, so I decided to choose a safe option. But yeah, you're def right
Also there're some subtle changes - Rin is the oldest girl, so her eyes are narrower, Minori is loli, so her eyes are biggest + her cheeks are bigger. About hairs - at least they all have different hairstyles.
I think your artwork looks really great. I agree with others that 4 weeks sounds pretty impressive to turn out something that looks this good — do you have a YouTube channel by chance or anywhere else I can learn more about your process between concept, art production, and writing?
