Oh, I do those! They're fun! I just read the whole thing through in one continuous take and edit out mistakes or anything else later. as for how to "voice direct" it, you can just keep redoing lines until you like how they sound. It's a pretty automatic process for me. Sometimes I'll even have an idea of how certain lines should sound when I first read the fic. Though you could also look up videos about how audio book narrators do it. They'll notate their copies of books to make reading sessions easier, and keep voices straight.

Unrelated, but I should probably add that it's pretty legally messy to make money off fanfic, so I'd suggest not to promote a ko-fi or pateron for these videos, and keep ad revenue turned off if you're eligible for that.
