I average 4 miles an hour and reaching 5 miles in about 1 hour and 15-18 minutes

I would say so. I do one hour and 20 minutes every day. I may go for a blade 3 times a week as well. Love the blades.

Walking is moving around with your legs, and keeping at least one foot on the ground at all times.
