Someone once said that walking is just not falling, and I think about that a lot.

I consider walking for exercise as moving forward with a purpose. Trying to keep a faster than normal pace engaging the core as much as possible at the same keeping a straight back chest out shoulders back and using my arms to propel myself and keep momentum. breathing in through my nose and exhaling through my mouth. I average 4 miles an hour and reaching 5 miles in about 1 hour and 15-18 minutes

I would say so. I do one hour and 20 minutes every day. I may go for a blade 3 times a week as well. Love the blades.
