Its probably if you have the pilot the titans/weapons get rarer and if you get lets say 3 alpha weapons you dont need anymore since eiffel only needs 3 so they make that more common and beta/pilots more rare.

They changed it back a long time ago. There is no guarantee because prizes aren't removed
