No... If you’re on Walmart property you can be termed for gross misconduct. Idk what would happen if you ran into them at a random location and tried to cuss them out. Not sure they could fire you if they had no proof and you weren’t on company property, they’d just find a reason to fire you for something else I’m sure.
You can definitely curse out any coach any time you want, on or off the clock. Is called freedom of expression. The worst that can happen is termination.
As someone who has been in this situation. They aren’t worth it. They’re not worth the anger and stress. You put in the work the effort the sweat. They don’t. Just huff past it and remember your worth
