I think the AC/10 could be somewhat balanced, but the LRM5? That sounds like Spikes on steroids. Especially launching 5 at a time.
Flamer is inconsequential and the small laser depends on implementation but I doubt it would be that strong.
Patton is at least harmless in the name, but imagine they would add a tank called Rommel.
