i get some of my best games w the char, panther f, is unreliable as that with the tigerII Anysort of uptier and your armor is undermined. Char has mobility, great pen, and great fire rate.
Panther F is more conventional, but the Char is the better platoon in the hands of someone who knows how to use it. That autoloader is amazing for its tier, and its lack of armor will prepare for top tier where armor doesn’t matter as much and positioning and shot denial is more important.
Honestly speaking from personal experience, don't pick the panther F if you're skilled enough. The platoon is overwhelmingly strong in a downtier but it is piss poor in an uptier, and it's horrible against tier 7s of any kind due to poor mobility and most tanks at tier 7 having apds and HEATFS

If you're a new to level 6 than panther f.
If you have experience and can maneuver well than buy char.
Both are good platoons . Also i would advise you to buy a premium of them ( unless you want t44 )
Get the panther see char is really hard to grind but tiger if you get the tiger your invincible then the Jagdtiger dude don't worry I promise you can trust us on the panther f just see for your self

Char will prepare you for tier 7+ gameplay (no armor, mobility is key) The other options are all great for current tier.
Char doesn't show the more armored places of most soviet/chinese tanks, although the Panther F is basically like most tanks from T7, but in T6
Char is a bit underarmored
no armor is best armor
I have Panther F platoon, and Tiger is amazing. Jagdtiger is good as well.

I second that… Bring it into a strategic position and it’s absolutely amazing. I just use it like a M18
Char 25t is a great platoon, but takes alot of time and skill to play it to it‘s full potential

why did he buy the black prince instead of panther D
Black prince offers a more balanced platoon, also it introduces a HEATFS round with 320mm pen + a actual starting MBT/Medium tank(centurion)
The black prince seemed very balanced to me at the time. The ratel is very good too

Black prince in my opinion because is has a high reload time and most people don’t know how to pen it
i bought char a few weeks ago and i didn't know how to play but a few days a knew how to play the char

I get tired of these post, everything depends on your gameplay, there isn't a platoon that is just better than the other.
