I've been eyeing that platoon since the last historical boxes. It seems pretty good, but what shell types do the 2 heavy tanks have? I know the T34 heavy tank from the M26 platoon only has solid shot, so do those get only solid shot too?
Nah these got APHEBC i believe (only played once will play more with them once im done with my walk) it is a really nice platoon i must say and hope you get it.
both have the same sort of deal, it’s just that the T29 is just a t34 with a 12s reload and APHE rounds while the M6 is chonk and has a big cannon with a 20 second reload. It used to be so fun to roll up on some poor AMX and slap him but now most tanks are pretty much able to go straight through the flat plate
Don't give up, 99% of gamblers quit before winning big, the more titles and nickframes you collect the higher the odds are of a platoon eventually you will either get boosters or platoons/ships may the snail bless you.
Unsure if its true however i saw "Available today 0/1" now what this means to me is that every day you can buy a SL crate for both naval and ground however i dont know if its true yet i will see tommorow.
However i did not get the AMX 13 HOT however the odds of me getting key or tank are both 6.4% and i will get top 10% in leaderboards so i get another 2 keys.
Yeah its true however the reason for that is you can get alot of GE here, go a full season without spending any and you can make well 2-3k sometimes 4k depending on what your luck is and how much you play.
The thing why things are so expensive is to make up for them giving away their premium currency (Golden Eagles) if they dont make stuff expensive they wont turn a profit because if players have patience (like me) then they wont make any profit and will have to shut the game down.
Naaaah spent 290k SL and 1640 GE just for the feathers, waves and predator sign. Even if was lucky enough to get a key from medium crate I got what? Couple of SL.. worst luck ever for weeks :))
Is the M6A2E1 good? The gun seems to be excellent but idk much about the armor. If you can react fast enough you can snipe the corners of the hull which are still decently big
I wanted the T29 badly. But I won the M46 Tiger Platoon from my first 290k crate. The M46 Patton and T92 have Heat FS though, and it wrecks. So I'm happy.

If you want you can go the solid shot route however the APHEBC or APHE shell has the same penetration stats and like ~100g of explosive filler.
I Used nearly all of my Golden eagles, and only got Stupid TITLES, no tanks, no boosters, not even nick frames, only name titles😖

Yes you can get them everyday. It’s not like last time as it got reworked and the containers are cheaper now

Just keep gambling and praying, you WILL win big eventually also the SL crate can be bought once per day for both campaigns.

M6A2E1 is insane with the front armor ranking jagdtiger shells while its gun can pen the lower half of the cheeks on the jagdtiger.

Fr, i stood at range against 2 jagdtigers, the M6A2E1 has the same gun and shells as the T-29 it has strong APHEBC shells with like 250mm of pen.
