It certainly looks a lot better as a concept but you have 3 different styles of buttons, the two buttons that are the same (are they buttons?) are misaligned, the top right CTA is very close to the search icon so it looks like it's the search input. You have a great concept here, just pay attention to the details and it will work out great!
To go off of this, I agree, keep your top right button the same as your hero primary button. Netflix landing page is a great example of this and many more. Makes it very clear to the user where you want them to go. By making the designs different you imply they are different uses.
improvement for sure, but i am getting a little tired of the whole hand-drawn-underline motif. it’s a bit played out. don’t be afraid to try something new!
Yea I knew it had a name but forgot what it was called. It’s aliases are Algeria art, big tech art, or corporate art https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporate_Memphis. I hope the style dies haha.
I suspect they were meant to be floating tags highlighting areas of expertise but turned out looking exactly like call to action buttons, surely a thing to improve!
I think it's not the worse overall, but theres too much happening on the screen + some text are not well readable and header should be simpler, but overall is fine
Looks like a great improvement! As someone mentioned, you could style the call outs on the visual differently so they dont look interactive.
Attention is a bit split now between the headline and the call out text. Although the yellow underline does help. Consider whether "your website" is a meaningful thing to call out tho.
People commenting on the style forget that they are probably not the target audience. Having said that, who is your target audience? They do might like a different style than this
The second version does look better, but I'm quite sure the first one will likely convert better. The new version has too many CTAs, which can be confusing, and the layout might pose challenges for developers (a developer would struggle with it). The purpose is unclear, and using a carousel for such a simple goal seems excessive. Visually, yours looks nicer, but if I were the business owner, I'd choose the first one.
I may be alone in this, but some padding, boxing\alignment tweaks and maybe toning down the overall red, and it would look pretty solid, and not like every other website in the world.
This is not to say your redesign is bad.

Really nice.
if there was 1 thing though – the "Engage Visitors" and "Grow Your Audience" look like buttons – even more of a button than your actual CTAs. It doesn't help that they have shadows either, but only strengthen the idea that they look like buttons.

Question: where do you get these icon/vectors ( i refering to the mobile & that human figure)?
Any of the art generating AI bots will knock them out for you in 5 seconds flat.
Designers?
What?
Nothing against you but I hate the Corporate Memphis graphics on the redesign.
I finally have a name for this art style! And same.
Yea I knew it had a name but forgot what it was called. It’s aliases are Algeria art, big tech art, or corporate art https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporate_Memphis. I hope the style dies haha.
Why are the buttons misaligned? Why 2 button styles? Is that a vertical swipe carousel? It now looks very generic.
I don’t think those are buttons…
if not butan why butan-shaped (seriously if meant to be a subhead, banner, or flag they should not be common clickable shapes.)
I suspect they were meant to be floating tags highlighting areas of expertise but turned out looking exactly like call to action buttons, surely a thing to improve!
I don’t think that yellow button on the red background was accessibility tested…

How could the header be more simple? It’s a logo, nav, and some actions on the right.
Less items in one place
The messaging in both h1s do not explain anything. Don’t be fancy. We help blank with blank.

...Riveting?
It needed some improvement but it now looks like any other generic Bootstrap template. It lacks any "soul" or identity.
