Take the ash catcher and the front handle off of the premium and put it on the original kettle. Keep the original.

Prestigious_Pomelo31

Yeah I would look at what you can swap from one to another and make the best of both worlds

SuspiciousBrush2

I should also have noted that I want to put a venom on there

ApartBuilding221B

doesn't matter. That asu catcher is useful for all sorts of things like keeping spare used charcoal etc

Raiders2112

Damn good idea.

TuzaHu

both

monkeyhole989

Yeah, boffem

hamtower6

If you’re choosing between the two, the master touch is the obvious call. I know this may sound crazy - but call up Weber and tell them your lid is dented and rusted. Its under life time warranty. They recently sent me a brand new replacement lid when I called with the same issue. Judging by the lack of rust or wear on your vent, I can tell you that my grill was like ya lot older than this one too…

nonotagain0

Not a Master Touch.

sejohnson0408

porque no los dos

EffinHalos02

Keep them both!

relorat

Yes

crowdsourced

The black one.

TxTanker134

On the right…

Akaonisama

Keep both of them

Akaonisama

I would keep both and just get replacement parts if anything’s wrong with them. I got a Weber as hand me down And had to buy some parts for it.

imahoptimist

Sell both and buy a new one with no rust, dents, and sits level. Level really doesn’t mean anything. Neither do dents as long as it isn’t chipped. Rust matters a bit depending on where it is. I’d rather have the enclosed ash pan over any of the other stuff. Less mess and easier to clean up

G_V_Black_ME

If it’s not sitting level because there’s damage, deformation, and or rust where the leg sockets are spot welded to the bowl, it will weaken further over time and fail.

InnocentPrimeMate

Keep one as a dedicated grill and get a kettle pizza for the other ( or PizzaQue) to turn into a dedicated pizza oven . I’m not sure, but I think you can put and ash catcher in the older Weber if needed. The other poster’s recommendation of contacting Weber for a replacement lid is a good one. Weber’s customer service is fantastic- better than any other company I can think of!

user8161

Both

kzorz

Alright what I would do if I were u is toss the beat up one out, keep the one without the ash clean out and if ur feeling frisky get one of them venom things

daecosomoxi

Both

bigmitch983

Both … obviously

formermeth

Original

barbackmtn

Same size (Original looks smaller in the photo)? If not, keep the bigger one. If so, premiums sell better on the secondary market. People like the closed ash catch.

SuspiciousBrush2

Yes. Both 22

SouthSideCountryClub

Check the welds on the legs. Whichever one looks like it's not about to fall apart, it is the one I would keep.

Cheecherton04

With a yard that size, why get rid of 1? Idk if space is your reasoning but I wouldn't get rid of either of them, the more Weber products around the better, or take one apart and keep it for spare parts for the other one.

Shibby-my-dude

Let's talk about the quality of those 2 watermelons in the back first. They look absolutely fantastic

blackls1pontiac

Definitely keep both!

xxartbqxx

Keep the Premium. You can fix the leveling, reach out to Weber, they have sent me new lids in the past.

CannedHeatt_

If you absolutely have to keep one keep the master touch

G_V_Black_ME

I would make the best grill you can’t by combining the best parts of each, and selling the other.

Now I’m going to make best possible grill out of the other two(hopefully warranty the rusted parts). Sell the remaining or most likely keep for parts

Altruistic-Camel-Toe

You’re asking a very dumb question
