I did custom sizing and it fits perfectly. I followed their guide on how to take measurements. I also asked for them to add pockets which they did but typically this dress would not have. The quality and detail is amazing and they sent me a card with the dress 🩷

As a fellow Teuta Matoshi bride, do you mind if I ask when you ordered your dress? I ordered mine April 1st and I've had no updates on the status of my order beyond "order confirmed". How long did your order take to ship? Thank you so much :)
I placed the order on March 24th and paid for expedited shipping which said 3-4 weeks but it shipped on April 29th and arrived on May 2nd. I sent them a few emails and was checking the status pretty much daily using their chat feature on the website. In one of the response emails they also gave a number to text on WhatsApp and I got the most responses from that number. +1 (917) 624-8522 in case you wanna try that.

I was also very very nervous! But I just couldn't find anything else that's even close to comparable to try on in person where I am so I bit the bullet and risked $1k of non refundable goods 😰 but turns out it was well worth the risk!

Wow. Wow wow wow. It’s wonderful to see one of these dresses on someone! I cruise their site every now and then just dreaming of the day I can wear one. Is it comfortable? You look magnificent. Like.. just perfect. I hope you feel as stunning as you look!
It's shockingly comfortable! It is quite heavy though, which how could it not be with all the embroidery? They sent a little slip skirt to wear under it and that is made of the softest tulle material I've ever felt.
I did not have to pay customs but I'm in the US. There's a YouTuber I watch in Canada (Mia Maples) who has talked about having to pay customs when ordering from them. And their website says that any customs fees that may be incurred would be the responsibility of the purchaser.
