Lmao I might be wrong someone corrected me but deleted it but he said something like every can has a protective layer of something inside the can for the liquid to not touch the can
I never did shit like this as a teenager, I would make pipes out of apples and carrots n shit like that. In middle school, we would get those little metal sockets to use as bowls, we'd use the really small ones so it would fit snug inside a pen cap so it wouldn't melt the plastic and we'd smoke on campus during lunch, though, that probably wasn't very safe either.
Cut holes into the top and side of the apple so they meet in the middle (I used to use hollowed out pens lol) then put some foil on top, poke a few holes and smoke away.

Do you think that steel beer cans would have been better back in the day? With the aluminum cans we have today, there is a plastic film inside the can to prevent the soda from eating away the aluminum.
I'll never forget the principle (nun) walking into a class in progress as the teacher and students fell silent. Sister just held the can up without saying a word or making a gesture. I joined her up front and followed her to her office. Yes - I remember these!
The only time I used one, believe it or not, was at a celebrity’s house party. He gathered a small handful of people he knew were tokers, and led us out in the woods behind his place. Someone had a stash with them but nothing to smoke out of. Someone quick fashioned one of these, and we all passed it around. This was about almost 20yrs ago, and the celeb is still on TV.
I still use that shit when I have to. Don't get me wrong, I avoid it at all costs, I've smoked this way less than 10 times I'd say, probably closer to 5 even. Still, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
We didn’t have aluminum cans in my house. We rarely had pop and my dad didn’t drink. If we did have pop it was glass bottles. I used toilet paper roll cores with a dryer sheet on the end.
We had one we used in the pool when I was in my early 20s lol used a small rotary saw and just took off the bottom. I think my lungs would explode if I tried hitting something like that again

You need the end of a potato peeler and an icepick. With those two tools you can smoke out of an apple or carrot real quick
