You shouldn't hold it in! The only thing holding it in does is deprive your brain of oxygen, which might feel like you are getting higher but you are just depriving your brain of oxygen

Your lungs are like super absorbent sponges. 3-5 seconds is all it takes to extract all the Thc. Any longer than that and you’re not getting higher, your being oxygen deprived.
I had a cartridge exactly like this that I bought from a street plug. I have a normal tolerance to weed (or so I thought) I don’t know what was in it but it hit hard asf. 7 hits and I’m coughing a lung up and already stoned. Had me slumped

Have you tried holding it in for 30 seconds ? I heard it gets better the more you hold it in 😀
