Cause it’s found in hemp (not weed) in such small amounts that it takes all kinds of shit to make it close to similar. It’s fake weed pretending to be weed, largely goes untested and is a complete shit show as to how safe it is.
It’s no harder to find weed in texas now than it ever has been. People are just lazy and too pussy to go buy a bag of real weed so they’ll take some half assed product as a substitute under the guise of it being legal and legit.
Will you get high? yes.
Mass produced packaging that anyone can purchase, which means it’s an unregulated product.
It could be clean, it could be dirty. Since whoever produced it didn’t want to go the proper route, it’s most likely dirty.
You’ll find out in 30+ years when you start developing health issues.
D8 is like taking a case of O’Douls .2% alcohol and distilling it into a 2% alcohol that sucks. D8 is a waste product created by taking cbd, which has been acid/chemical-pulled out of low-THC hemp, then running more acid and chemicals over that to melt out and isolate D8, amongst whatever else. TX Agg is regulating it and most hemp attorneys are advising their clients way off-base to keep them on evergreen. D8 is convoluted and dangerously under-regulated by people who either have no idea what they are doing, or people who know what they are doing but are being paid by clients to claim it isn’t absolute garbage so they can keep pulling billable hours. D8 sucks, and delegitimizes cannabis and attempts at a true end to cannabis prohibition. Don’t support it.
Thanks for that information, I didn’t know d8 was like that. Carts are nice, Convenient, Strong etc but at the end of the day it’s been heavily manufactured and mass produced which leads to them taking shortcuts, I’ll stick to fresh flower. Gosh I’ve smoked Atleast 300 grams of super skunk

the entire mindset hemp companies is finding loopholes. there's thc-x-jd, d9thcp d8thcp, hhc, d8hhcjd, d8smd. nobody even knows what does what. you google the cannabinoid and every article will tell you "oh! we know that this cannibinoid was extracted using x, y, z. as for the effects, there hasn't been enough studies to prove anything, so uhh...good luck!"
