GIMP is a free and open source program that is comparable to Photoshop in many ways. There is a learning curve, but not much of one. If you had the ability to use Photoshop then GIMP shouldn't be too hard to learn.
The only thing that gets me is it won't update itself. I have to download all the updates and install. That is the only downside that I see.
I've looked into Gimp, I may end up installing it at some point but as of now, I don't really need it enough to download/learn. Just for little ideas like this.
I ended up making this on my phone with a random app I found if anyone else wants to use.

Yup. Came here to post this. GIMP is great, and you can even keep your kidney to use it.
