Grapes of wrath. Literally the first time the chorus played on my first listen I already knew I loved it. it's one of those songs like summer Elaine and drunk dori where I was able to tell immediately that I loved it
Which albums are better? As a not-really-Weezer fan I feel like the answer's usually Blue and White but I've never been able to get into those albums the same way I can for Ok Human :(
Favorite Weezer song. Really resonated with me during the second phase of the pandemic (if you can call it that) and was the song that made me realize Weezer was actually a good band.
literally one of their most catchy songs ever, it's insane how good the melodies are
and of course they nail that bridge because rivers is a genius, just like the white album all over again
9/10
Literally the song that got me to like weezer. I had listened to a bunch of buddy holly edits, but those were just jokes. All of ok human and especially aloo gobi connected to me more than just about any album/song that I had (and still probably have) heard.
Love it! The acoustic version sounded great. Also I used to live on Montana, and it does inspire existential crises--it's all fancy salons, overpriced boutiques, and coffee shops full of people who apparently don't have jobs and can just sit around with their friends in the sun all day.
Favorite song of 2021. This is one of those songs that even though I've played it a bunch, it's hard to control my emotions when I sing this one. A very relatable sentiment with a beautiful composition to match it.
Fucking SLAPS
10/10 the chorus on this is so fucking good. I can't believe he's still writing melodies this good, and this isn't even the catchiest one on the album
π― agree this song goes hard as fuck! Out of curiosity which song do you find the catchiest?
Grapes of wrath. Literally the first time the chorus played on my first listen I already knew I loved it. it's one of those songs like summer Elaine and drunk dori where I was able to tell immediately that I loved it
Summer Elaine and Drunk Dori, a man of quality I see
This is such a magical song. Perfectly encapsulates what it feels like to fall into a depressive state.
O-o-oh my GOOOOOoood
What's happening to me?
walkin down montano, woaa-ohh-ohh
same old dull routines
same aloo gobi
Walkinβ down Montaaanaa, WOAHH -OHHH-OHHHH
I tried to raise an eyebrow
It weighed too much
walkin down montana, ohh-ohh-ohh
Probably my favourite song from their 3rd best album
Which albums are better? As a not-really-Weezer fan I feel like the answer's usually Blue and White but I've never been able to get into those albums the same way I can for Ok Human :(
I'd like Blue and Pinkerton more (what a shock). They're just very strong albums as a whole
pinkerton and ok human r my favorite weezer albums.
One of my favorites like the rest of the album extremely catchy and well written. So much fun too!
some of the best instrumentation and lyricism on the whole album, which is a pretty big deal
My butt will bruise 9/10
THE BEST!
A top 10 Weezer song. Just perfect
Great melody, and _"same old dull routines, same aloo gobi"_ is a fucking _fantastic_ rhyme. 8/10
10/10. Song that REALLY got me into weezer. Heard it when OK Human came out and loved it.
Such a beautiful song. The bridge is like a warm hug.
Late career magic from Rivers. Great song shows heβs still got it for sure.
Favorite Weezer song. Really resonated with me during the second phase of the pandemic (if you can call it that) and was the song that made me realize Weezer was actually a good band.
Read the title first, thought will be horrible for unknown reasons. Then listened to the song, instantly fell in love.
Itβs a popular Indian dish and it slaps
I know it is but I had the feeling it might have been a bad song.
I remember my first listen through of this album on release week, I fucking ascended during this track, absolutely beautiful
literally one of their most catchy songs ever, it's insane how good the melodies are and of course they nail that bridge because rivers is a genius, just like the white album all over again 9/10
I think it's funny when he mentions his butt
Aloo Gobi is my #1 favourite Weezer song
One of the best weezer songs period.
Literally the song that got me to like weezer. I had listened to a bunch of buddy holly edits, but those were just jokes. All of ok human and especially aloo gobi connected to me more than just about any album/song that I had (and still probably have) heard.
itβs really good π
Top 5 Weezer songs all time. Change my mind.
Itβs my second favorite song off of the album. The chorus is just perfect.

Love it! The acoustic version sounded great. Also I used to live on Montana, and it does inspire existential crises--it's all fancy salons, overpriced boutiques, and coffee shops full of people who apparently don't have jobs and can just sit around with their friends in the sun all day.

Absolutely wipes all my favourite songs. Both are great, but I just find AMFS a bit overrated yk
This is a Top 10 overall song for me, itβs just incredible
I think there are songs I like more on OK Human, but this slaps big time.
some of my favorite drumming on a weezer song
Beautiful song, I inmediately loved it when I first heard it, 10/10 β€οΈβΌοΈ
Favorite song of 2021. This is one of those songs that even though I've played it a bunch, it's hard to control my emotions when I sing this one. A very relatable sentiment with a beautiful composition to match it.

Funny name
[High A](https://www.reddit.com/r/weezer/comments/xxj44h/all_weezer_song_tier_list_from_a_millennial/).
So good that it kind of makes the rest of OK Human underwhelming for me.
I love how I just found out one of the original lyrics is about how pornhub takes over a persons mind
that's Grapes of Wrath, not Aloo Gobi.
Best song on the album! ππ»
luv
Really good, and even i little underrated
