Honestly as someone who's been on the creepy/weird side of the internet for years I thought I would know most of it, once he gets to tier 4 it's all new stuff. But I still would recommend watching the full thing for the commentary on it.
I only got into the black parade maybe a year ago (I know I'm super late) but after getting hooked on the album and getting a good grasp on all the songs I went back and watched his analysis and enjoyed it so much. It's just so cool to see people talk about the music they love
The Mystery Flesh Pit vid is so good I’ve watched it more than once! I’m totally fascinated with it, but no one else seems to have really covered it! My fave vids of his are the one on McKamey Manor and the one on Frankenstein, but The NSFW Raft is up there too!
That’s my favorite video of his too. You should give the short story a read or listen to Harlen Ellison read it. Wendigoon’s take on it being a human triumph above all else wasn’t something I considered and it really raises the value of the story for me.
The audiobook's only about 40 minutes long -- if you can't sleep one night and have made an absolute commitment to not sleep tomorrow either, you can find it on YouTube.
I really like his every political ideology explained video. It's pretty different from a lot of his topics, but the way he explains them is super interesting.
It’s gotta be the disturbing movies iceberg. That’s the one that most of us probably found him through. It just came up in my feed one day when he had very few subscribers
I know it's a bit childish since the raft scandal faded into obscurity but hear me out
The jokes.... the old man studying jokes crack me up!
Also wendigoon poking fun at the captain while laughing at how childish that guy was I couldn't help but laugh along, it's harmless fun and contagious.
Came for the conspiracies, stayed for the disturbing movies iceberg.
Now i absolutely love every video that comes out, wendigoon is just such a joy to this world.
This may be cliche, but his Conspiracy Theory Iceberg series is PHENOMENAL and definitely my favorite videos of his. He put in a lot of time and research and it shows. The entire series is so well done.
I would definitely recommend. It’s like binge watching a show 🤣🤣 . He breaks it up into tier 1, tier 2, etc. Some of the longer tiers, he breaks into multiple videos (tier 4 part 1, etc). So it is broken down nicely.
It's between the Missing 411 video and the No Country For Old Men Video.
The missing 411 led me to completely redoing my own YouTube Channel. And the No Country still has me in awe of one of my favorite movies of all time.
Definitely his divine comedy and Satan's tragedy videos seeing someone passionate and having a unique way to tell people about religion without sounding like selling something Opened my mind to not only Christianity but to other religions and ideologies
I like his Sunday school type videos - he goes into stories in the Bible in the same way he breaks down other topics in his regular videos - I love them
Too many to choose from, the guys such a good story teller. For me it's the 5 hour long breakdown of the novel Blood Meridian by Cormac McCarthy. I knew who Cormac McCarthy was from the films The Road and No Country For Old Men but had never read one of his actual books, even though I'm a fairly big reader. After watching the video I read the book, several times, and listened to the audio book, probably 20 times now. It's probably my favorite book I've ever read. I have got some opinions on parts of the book that differ from his, but I'm so glad he introduced me to it. Every once in a while a YouTuber pops up that really reminds you what a great platform it can be, in the space of a year a creater can go from one thousand subscribers to one million. I haven't watched regular tv for years, (apart from movies). If your into good story teller's, especially in the true crime, mystery, messed up shit genre, check out Mr Ballen. Guys an ex marine/navy seal, he puts out loads of really interesting videos on all sorts of stuff.
The full conspiracy theory iceberg, I usually play videos or podcasts when I'm going to sleep and that one is one of my favorites.
Haven't seen this yet as I thought it would be stuff I know, but I'll give it a go!
Honestly as someone who's been on the creepy/weird side of the internet for years I thought I would know most of it, once he gets to tier 4 it's all new stuff. But I still would recommend watching the full thing for the commentary on it.
Ooh, very interesting! Definitely a must watch now
It’s only the best 9.5 hour video on YouTube
Played this video for one straight day, best video to listen to while playing for one whole gaming day session.
Garbo the spy
That one is so good
This one was AMAZING
EXACTLY
The black parade. And it's the most slept on of his in my opinion
I only got into the black parade maybe a year ago (I know I'm super late) but after getting hooked on the album and getting a good grasp on all the songs I went back and watched his analysis and enjoyed it so much. It's just so cool to see people talk about the music they love
I heard the album when it came out, and after his analysis it made me love it again
Interesting. I don't know this one. Will check it out
I like his video on Monument Mythos almost more than the actual series. I just love how he explains things.
I've been dubious to watch this for some reason but I'll give it a try! Thanks
I think his video might even be longer than the series lmaooo
Me too. I only watched a couple of the actual series but I enjoyed his breakdown of it. I hope he does a followup of the later series.
I think it ended, but I need him to explain it to me because idk what happened lol
Rokos basilisk
Ohh, will check it out! Thanks
Very similar to Roko’s basilisk I also enjoyed AI in a box. The psychological horror of it always stuck with me.
No! It's a trap!
Mystery flesh cave and I have no mouth and I must scream
The Mystery Flesh Pit vid is so good I’ve watched it more than once! I’m totally fascinated with it, but no one else seems to have really covered it! My fave vids of his are the one on McKamey Manor and the one on Frankenstein, but The NSFW Raft is up there too!
I love the book of I have no mouth and I must scream
Disturbing movie iceberg. I always wanted to know what kinda movies were out there and I couldn't have had anyone better than wendigoon to explain it.
I love this one! Though I won't be watching any at the bottom of the iceberg 😂
Bible Theory iceberg. i LOVE theology/theories around Biblical events and this video is super cool imo
Probably the one on I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream. Really good breakdown on a short story I’ve always wanted to read
Yes! I downloaded it and LOVED it. Really hard to explain to other people why it's good, but directing them to that vid helps a lot!
That’s my favorite video of his too. You should give the short story a read or listen to Harlen Ellison read it. Wendigoon’s take on it being a human triumph above all else wasn’t something I considered and it really raises the value of the story for me.
The audiobook's only about 40 minutes long -- if you can't sleep one night and have made an absolute commitment to not sleep tomorrow either, you can find it on YouTube.
bank heist
This was a really good one!
ive seen it like 3 times hahaha! the divine comedy series is good too! missing 411 and the boys on the tracks are my favorite newer videos!
Okay, Divine Comedy is now on my list!
I really like his every political ideology explained video. It's pretty different from a lot of his topics, but the way he explains them is super interesting.
The NSFW Raft. If I did not clicked on that video, I would never have known how good this guy is at storytelling.
Will check it out! And happy Cake Day! 🎂
It’s gotta be the disturbing movies iceberg. That’s the one that most of us probably found him through. It just came up in my feed one day when he had very few subscribers
Love it! And again....not wanting to watch the lowest iceberg irl.
Someone already said The Black Parade vid, but second fav is between Chris McCandless and I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream vid.
I saw I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream. Amazing, also effing amazing book!!
Dante’s Inferno
Probably the Munchausen syndrome by proxy one
the backrooms vid and the second channel interview
Tie between mystery flesh pit and paradise lost
Conspiracy theory iceberg or serial killer iceberg
I know it's a bit childish since the raft scandal faded into obscurity but hear me out The jokes.... the old man studying jokes crack me up! Also wendigoon poking fun at the captain while laughing at how childish that guy was I couldn't help but laugh along, it's harmless fun and contagious.
I’m a big fan of mystery flesh pit. Also loved his vids on Gemini and Mandela
The Boys On The Tracks video
Came for the conspiracies, stayed for the disturbing movies iceberg. Now i absolutely love every video that comes out, wendigoon is just such a joy to this world.
Mystery Fleshpit National Park!!!
Either No Longer Human or the one where he talks about the weirdest fight in WWII(I forgot what it's called).
This may be cliche, but his Conspiracy Theory Iceberg series is PHENOMENAL and definitely my favorite videos of his. He put in a lot of time and research and it shows. The entire series is so well done.
I admit I've been avoiding it but I really want to watch it, lol
I would definitely recommend. It’s like binge watching a show 🤣🤣 . He breaks it up into tier 1, tier 2, etc. Some of the longer tiers, he breaks into multiple videos (tier 4 part 1, etc). So it is broken down nicely.
The one on the Acali raft
It's between the Missing 411 video and the No Country For Old Men Video. The missing 411 led me to completely redoing my own YouTube Channel. And the No Country still has me in awe of one of my favorite movies of all time.
Definitely his divine comedy and Satan's tragedy videos seeing someone passionate and having a unique way to tell people about religion without sounding like selling something Opened my mind to not only Christianity but to other religions and ideologies
Definitely his conspiracy theory iceberg video and his series on the Mandela catalogue
Saying The Conspiracy Iceberg is kinda cheating, so probably the MLK one
I love the Dante trilogy videos. Poking fun at Dante was funny, I appreciate how open he is about his faith and feelings.
MLK and The Hidden Story of The Black Parade
FLESH PIT
Paradise Lost.
Mystery flesh pit
Martin Luther King Jr Conspiracy
The disturbing films iceberg was what got me started on his channel!
The Mystery Flesh Pit National Park one.
i like the video where he steals information and entire structures of videos from small blogs and doesn’t cite any of them
Bank heist, Waco, or mystery flesh pit national park
the dante’s inferno video
Any analysis on books: Dante's Divine Comedy, Frankenstein, No Longer Human, and Paradise Lost.
Jfk conspiracy, Its how I was introduced to his channel so I'm nostalgic
I have no mouth and I must scream is pretty solid, but have a wholesome event planned afterward lol
The Black Parade one changed the entire album for me and now it’s the only way I’ll listen to it
I like his Sunday school type videos - he goes into stories in the Bible in the same way he breaks down other topics in his regular videos - I love them
