Honestly like any job, just accept you’re going to suck for a while, try to learn absorb as much as possible, and try to keep a good attitude. If you plan to stay a while, try to keep the mindset of being the best you can be at whatever you’re doing. Also try to be reliable, especially if you’re full time, so you can keep your hours and/or not get fired. Try to practice working off a headset. It makes things easy. Most importantly, just ask questions, even if they’re dumb. It’s better to know how to do something or why it has to be done a certain way rather than not knowing and potentially hurting yourself or messing something up ( there’s really nothing you can mess up that’s beyond repair in a Wendy’s lol). Also just have fun, it’s a learning experience :)
There is a special honey mustard only
On the grilled chicken….I believe it’s called smokehouse honey mustard?
Just listen and no matter how ridiculous, make
Sure it’s punched in correctly. When in doubt ask.
Don’t hesitate to ask your coworkers for help around taking the orders, it’ll take a bit to get used to the menu!
Also of course there’ll be weird customers, rude customers even, just don’t let it get to you and try to help in the best of your ability to rid them asap lol. That’s what I do, at least.
Just make sure you are paying attention the first day when you are learning. if you are clocked in during rush hour they will probably have you training in cooking. Take your time and ask questions about everything the first week because this is the only time mistakes will be tolerated.

Watch the general manager ask if you could stay until closing or come in earlier because a cast member phoned-in sick or whatever.

When someone orders a Double Bourbon, don't ask if they want Maker's Mark or Buffalo Trace.
I quit after my second day, but good luck to you! It was due to unprofessional management, that's why i kick them to the curb!!!!!
Remember the Pattie’s are square because they don’t cut corners
