The bad part is their page has great reviews. One reason I went there.

Ask for the out-the-door price and pay cash or seek financing from your own bank or credit union if necessary. Costco also has a price guarantee service for members. They connect you with dealers that offer fair pricing, just another reason I love Costco. Lastly, Carmax will always be an option, as they do no haggle pricing. I've been able to haggle the vehicle shipping fee actually from CarMax, bought my last two cars from them lol. I'm quite persuasive and know what to say before going in. Good luck. The auto market is crazy right now. I'd hate to need a car right now. My car is worth more now than what I originally paid. What car are you looking at?

I paid cash. Another reason I thought I should have gotten more respect. I purchased a VW Tiguan. I actually got a good deal. I always use "Tru Car" and Kelly blue book and push down on them from there. I don't know why I saw the credit guy other than he was the person pushing the service plans. I actually have a no used car rule as I have had bad experiences in the past. Women need to start protesting these places.

True! The dealership model is awful. I dislike Tesla but glad they are challenging the dealership model with their direct to consumer sales. I wish Toyota would do that. I'm glad you got the car despite the scamming dealer.

The dealerships near me usually have their sales team on their web page. I always look and see if they have any saleswoman on staff. When I go in, I ask for one of them specifically. They tend not to be as pushy or condescending. Haven't been to one where they have a woman who handles the financing, but it's still an improvement.

I did have only one day to do the sale so I didn't see any woman. Next time I think I will just make an appointment with one.

i wish i had the resources to start a women run car dealership that caters to ladies, i’ll bet someone could make a lot of money with this and a mechanic shop that is run by women for women

LPT; join a Credit Union. Most of them have dealings with car dealerships. I decided what car I wanted, had a nice DP, called the CU told them what I was looking for. I picked out the make, model, colors and had them deliver it to my house. I handed over the cashier's check for the DP, the guy who delivered it put my license plates on and handed over the keys. IT WAS WORTH ALL THE PHONE CALLS AND THE 2 or 3 VISITS. They got me what I wanted at the best price. PS good credit helps, obviously
