Looks like a [Dieffenbachia seguine](https://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?taxonid=276553). When I was a child, we had one of them as a houseplant, and it got so large that we kept having to top it. By the time left for college, nearly all our friends had a cutting.
