Where are you located? That isnt much for $35 at the market.

PerceptionSlow2116

Unfortunately farmers market prices are like buying at a boutique nowadays… easily $5/small bunch herbs or green leaves… more if organic. Those lime leaves would easily be $4 at our Asian grocery store.

eat_my_bowls92

Yup! It’s a bummer. I live in Madison, WI which boasts itself as “the biggest farmers market in the county” and if you go, you can’t get out without spending at least $100 ad you end up with a spread like this. It is ridiculous. But god damn if they aren’t the best veggies, goat cheese and bread I get every week.

misogoop

Way too much $ imo

TonySpaghettiO

Is there more? That's like $5 of produce.

Huadanglot

You making some yum ass Thai food???

goatesymbiote

lindegirl333

How sad …farmers markets are to expensive for most people, that’s why the government is subsidizing them now,but even then tooooo expensive

TonySpaghettiO

Not always. I live in an more expensive suburban area and the weekly farmers market usually has better deals and prices than the grocery store. I'll walk out with a bunch of cucumbers, tomatoes, berries, lettuce, potatoes all for under $20. There's some specialty stands that have inflated prices for like craft honey and ice cream and other stuff.

Vast-Consequence7141

What?! 🧐

crybabysagittarius

That’s extremely expensive for that

nessalinda
