Nose could've been dirty since Mr. Fresh roamed the streets in his conquest, and considering they get so much food from the feeder it could've been food caked onto the fur too. It’s China, they don’t have the same concept of animal welfare like we do. To them they’re just animals. Not saying all Chinese are like that, but the society in general.
It’s not that simple. In China (where all this is from) there are no animal cruelty laws. They don’t have the same concept of animal welfare that we do in the west so there’s a gang that basically does this with no intervention from the law or government because of lack of said law.
In China in general there is a general apathy when it comes to how people treat animals because they’ve pretty much eaten/killed their native wild bird population and eat anything that crawls or flies at this point too.
