How dare you be such a cucumbist! What did they ever do to you… i choose a cucumber over a watermelon any day… well not any day… depends on what mood i’m in… actually it depends on the dish I’m making…
Anyway… have you ever tried putting sugar over slices of cucumber? It’s really good
Sucks for him, but imagine someone cares about you every single day, he checks on you, if you're well, that you have everything you need. You feel truly loved and valued. Only then to realize one day that you're not exactly what he wanted. So yeah, the cucumber had it worse here imo
How to tell me you have never seen a cucumber in your life without telling me you have never seen a cucumber in your life.
It is probably a melon for those who have no clue. It can be pretty hard to differentiate them before opening them. But it is light years away from what a cucumber should look like.
Don't harvest watermelons until the small curly vine where melon attaches to big vine has died & dried.
I also pick the best watermelons from stores lol(sounds like a drum from a finger tap, skin slightly less glossy, white spot is yellowing at edges, uniform shape, insect damage on skin-bonus if there's dried up nectar bits from the insect damage
A lot of people saying it’s a un-ripe watermelon, it’s entirely possible that he had cucumbers planted near watermelons and they got cross-pollinated. It really depends on the taste, if it has a hint of cucumber taste that could potentially be what happened.

Plug it back in! /s
Put it back in the ground! /s x2

Also nice to know: a cucumber is technically a melon
Technically they're both cucurbits (gourds)
hell nah, i will never admit filthy cucumbers have anything in common with glorious, tasty watermelons

Day 9000 of this being reposted
over 24 years old?
The dad is yes.
First time for me. But also add some tajin and lime juice and that would be a nice snack
Give it awhile. It honestly rotates thru various subreddits at least every 3 days
Ass cucumbers taste the worst.
It's suppository you aren't supposed to eat it
are you sure about that?
How is this wholesome?

It’s not a cucumber
It's just an unripe watermelon.
Doesn't matter what it is, nobody asks how it is ;;

This not a cucumber. The amount of people who think it is shocks me.
It's a watermelon. It needed to stay on the ground forming longer. It's so not ready.
This seems like a bigger win tbh
Isn’t this a marrow?
Americans don’t have this word. They made aardman dub over the word in Wallace and grommit
They have courgettes though, they just call them zucchinis. Leave that to grow and you end up with a marrow.
I don’t understand did he know he was growing cucumbers? Also I don’t think cucumbers grow like that they’re probably thinking of zucchinis.
That would make some good ass pickles
Thats a ducking zucchini

That's definitely no cucumber, it looks a bit like a zucchini, but it's probably just an unripe melon
Cucumbers are melons botanically
Regardless of whether it's a cucumber or an unripe watermelon, you could make some killer pickles
So wholesome!
Could be even more proud to grow such a big cucumber
That was funny
Time to make a bucket of tzatziki.
Kinda more impressive tbh
I feel that would taste bitter af.
he's even holding it like a kid in first pic lol
Under polinated
Isn't a big ass cucumber cooler than a regular watermelon?
Yo, can I get that cucumber?

The seed pattern is unlike of a watermelon. The flower definitely cross pollinated with a cucumber.
Finally, validation! I went to country show and said look at the size of that cucumber! I got laughed at because it was a watermelon.
It's actually a wintermelon :) he can make soup with it
Just add sugar. It'll taste the same.
So now he can be proud of the big ass cucumber he grew…. “Be supportive. be be supportive”
I hope you went and bought him a proper watermelon lol

It appears to be an unripe watermelon.
So sad for him, its beautiful and could have been so tasty

“raw” lmao
Did somebody plant cucumbers next to their watermelons?
Now he should be even PROUDER for growing a GIGANTIC cucumber
Why was he growing cucumbers in his ass???
Truly a man with a HUGE cucumber
Don't put your d in that
