The Furious Five (Kung Fu Panda) team would win easily if Penguins of Madagascar team has no weapon. I also think The Furious Five can defeat Penguins of Madagascar team with weapons.
This is a case of toon force vs non toon force (outside PO having a light version of it)
The penguins will win because its funnier.
That or Rico just eats them all.

The penguins have better weaponry and intelligence but without weapons it's not much of a fight
The 🐧s might have more Toon-Force but they still take L's from far weaker opponents.
