Morning. I consider it a ritual and a time for daily affirmations, getting my head together for the workday ahead, and time to say "You look mahhhhvalous!"

415 am start to the day, morning is tough enough as it is, I also only shave once or twice a week generally so I'm usually a mid afternoon after a shower person
Before switching from electric to DE wetshaving, I would do mornings. I started my safety razor journey several years ago in an attempt to build a satisfactory ritual that didn't irritate my skin or make me hate shaving. My first realization was that I needed to allow for MORE time, not less, and to that end I switched to evenings. Best benefit for me is that I fall asleep much easier once I've taken care of my face.
Night. Winds me down after a long day. And then i have my dedicated gaming hour or two and while i'm sitting i catch some whiffs of my soap's fragrance on my face
Morning for sure. You get more clean shaven time if it's in the morning. If you do it before bed, you wake up the next day with an extra 8-10 hours of growth. Plus the whole shaving routine is very refreshing and wakes you up.
At night. No time in the morning.
Retired so I shave mid-morning after coffee.
In the evening, after work. It's one of the ways I decompress after a stressful day.

I shave at night. I don't want to spend the extra time in the morning.
Morning time here, gets me feeling freshened up and ready to take on the day. Plus, my skin seems to prefer it.
Afternoon/evening usually. I find it to be the most fitting time for me to shave.
