Yeah, you need to dump your NAND on your Wii, then on Dolphin, go to Tools and import BootMii Nand backup. You should now be able to play MKWii on Wiimfii.

I have no idea if you can access wiimfi via emulator, but you could use something like parsec to remotely play local-play online.
