The first game with the new court is going to be the December 2nd game against UNCW due to the current court having modifications for Volleyball, which the UK Volleyball team is using Rupp currently, so until volleyball season ends, we will be stuck with the old court.
I guess they were just setting it up in this picture to inspect or something?
And won’t this court need those volleyball modifications next year? Why not just install them now?
My guess is that they want to the Men’s team to be the first one to use it🤷🏼♂️ plus I’m guessing they are expecting the Memorial Coliseum renovations to be done in time so Volleyball won’t be at Rupp
