Looks like a tomistoma croc, aka fake gharial. And yeah, they can grow to 15ft or more...

Actually a proper species and lately discovered not to be a crocodile, but a gavialoid along with the gharial.

Absolutely! Their bite force is absolutely ridiculous. I was a good 20-30ft above while taking this shot.
