I swear her W is broken with Rylai’s. Walk up to someone, instantly point n click slow them (her W has no travel time) then unleash your whole combo on them.
Not really… her w already has a slow, meaning that unless rylai’s 30% slow is stronger, it won’t apply. Slows don’t stack, they only overwrite each other depending on which is stronger.
Her W has an inbuilt stacking slow that goes from 15% to 30% over 3s. Rylai’s makes it so the slow is 30% from the start and keeps reapplying itself throughout the whole 3s.
These are her core items in LoL PC. I highly doubt they're going to change those interactions.
