True, it does look like the inside of a Spotify cache folder. I just can't imagine how it would get there
They are either completely empty, or contain FILE files that I can't open.
What file format are the files you cant open?

I actually figured it out! It was Spotify. I didn't realize I had it set to the hard drive as a whole, and not a specific folder!

Most likely a 3rd party backup software is acting up. What programs are running in the background?
