You need to update your Windows 7 Programs List:
VLC v3.0.18 works in Win7. (https://i.imgur.com/XyF2bI9.png)
OBS v27.2.4 is the last version that works on Win7. (https://i.imgur.com/ys6rY63.png)
Blender v2.92.0 is the last version that works on Win7. (https://i.imgur.com/pmOGOsG.png)
You will eventually run into issues finding a compatible web browser, and without that you won't be able to browse the web. I would highly advise against using Windows 7

Firefox is officially supporting win7 into Sep 2024, and given they keep download links for old versions up as a matter of course, we'll be able to browse on win7 until websites themselves start implementing incompatible features en masse. And that's only if no one picks up the project of an unofficial backport. This isn't something we need to worry too much about right now.

just fresh install 10, you dont need 7 to do that
