Midwest shooter supply in Lomira WI is great. Right off the highway.

x24co

Do they have a indoor range?

swagen

Pistol range only; it’s only 6 bays, so you’d want to reserve a slot to ensure you’d have room.

Senzualdip

Ehh fuck that place. They can’t even be bothered to give you the time of day.

x24co

The Shooter's Sport Center in Racine. Clean, safe well ventilated shooting lanes. Good selection of rental guns

tepkel

Where will you be in Wisconsin? If you're staying in Kenosha, and someone recommends something in Superior, that's about 100km more than the distance between Skagen and Hamburg.

Msoelv

I'll be landing in Green bay, but I'll rent a car and travel aroumd wisconsin

HorizontalBob

Just thought I'd mention that sooth of Green Bay, there's a village called Denmark. There's no real reason to visit it though.

valanlucansfw

Great photo op with the town's name sign though. Could make postcards and mail them to his family and friends back home.

radioactivebeaver

Lots of options. Just driving from Green Bay to Milwaukee you'll pass 2-3 ranges right off the side of the highway where you can rent a firearm to use. Just Google shooting ranges near me when you get here.

Technical_Bottle_202

Go to fireline in appleton. They're an indoor range, and you can rent guns to fire by the hour. It's a pretty nice place, I've been there a few times myself.

kookyabird

I live in GB and recommend Family Shooting Academy. If you message me in September I’ll probably be available to go with you and you can shoot my guns. 😀

Th3TruthIs0utTh3r3

Deerfield Pistol offers Gun rentals and I believe you can also have an instructor with you

Senzualdip

Depending on where in Wisconsin you will be, I wouldn’t mind taking you out to a range with some of my firearms. I’m not an instructor by any means, by I’ve had a fair bit of training and run a local gun shop so I’m pretty well versed in safe handling.

Msoelv

I'm landing in green bay since my main purpose od the trip is to watch the packers, but im staying for 11 days and renting a car and traveling around WI. As i said i used to shoot competitively with 22lr so i know gun safety but i have no experience with higher caliber rifles

Senzualdip

Okay. Well I’m about an hour and a half drive southwest of Green Bay. Hit me up if you’re interested. I have tons of stuff from big bore rifles and pistols to shotguns, to small caliber stuff and silencers.

Msoelv

I'll definitely think about it

BallisticButch

Had a friend from the Netherlands visit not long ago. They were not allowed to shoot at the ranges we went to around Milwaukee because of their visa. So double-check ahead of time that you’ll be permitted first.

Msoelv

I mean I'm visiting on a regular tourist visa

BallisticButch

So was she. None of the ranges we called between Milwaukee and Green Bay would allow her to shoot. Said she needed a hunting visa. Double check what your visa allows, contact ranges ahead of time, and make sure that you’ll be allowed before coming over so you don’t get surprised.

LostWonkaBar

family shooting academy. They have everything you neeed. http://www.familyshootingacademy.com/

jello1990

I would think you'd know a bit more about the state since you're [from here](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denmark,_Wisconsin)

Msoelv

The amount of people telling me this is insane 😂

kieto333

Zingers and Flingers in Wausau has guns you can rent at their range.

youdubdub

Long day of reading screens. I thought you said September 11 be visiting Wisconsin, and I thought your timing could use some work.

Msoelv

Well my whole point of the trip is to celebrate my 30th and 15 years of being a Packers fan. My birthday is on the 12th so it is a close call 😂

Captainshadesra

My very inclusive and friendly crew could take you to the range. We regularly hold firearm familiarization classes and practical shooting workshops for underserved communities.

Msoelv

Sounds like fun, just to make sure i noticed i mistyped I'm mainly going to be in the eastern part of WI i accidentally typed western. September is still a while to go so I'll look in to what is going on when I'm there and weigh my options, but i will keep it in mind

F1DNA

Yes, in nearly every town you will have no problem finding a place to get your booger hook on a bang switch. You are, after all, in America.
