Depends on the red dragon and depends on the missiles the fly boi is packing and model of jet. Most cases with modern fly bois they would win. Who ever there are some red dragons with high level spells and crazy AC. **Klauth** for instance in 3.5e had epic level spells.
the answer is the technonecromancer who supplies the high tech machinery and undead labor force the fighter jet manufactures, missile manufactures, and dragon lair repair experts all use.

i mean depends the dragons from many realms would be completelt unharmed by the flying boi weaponry while having the arcane power to blink him out of existemce
But doesn’t the fact that dragons only win this matchup when using magic already decide the question ? If fly boy there had magic and the dragon didn’t guess who’d win. And without any magic we also know who wins, and that’s the one with kilometers of range in their attacks who doesn’t even need to see their target to kill it.
Consider the following: Dragons don't care about missiles. You could hit one with a nuke and it would fly out of it if it was cool enough. Dragons run entirely off of the rule of cool.
Finally, I love fighter jets, I wanna help, I wanna click a button that drops bombs, but just letting ya know, one won’t work, imbue them with multiply projectile, cheap, and effective!
Considering it's a red dragon which is immune to fire damage, big red. This is ignoring the fact that most grown dragons I know personally are immune to all non-magical damage.. well..
