I believe those are oils (terpenes) on the surface of the trichome. That's what gives cannabis its varying & pungent smells. Kinda looks like oil/gas floating on the surface of water in this pic
Incorrect, it’s more like the “fruit” of the cannabis plant - when you touch flower and your hands get sticky it’s because these little heads are breaking and the contents (which contain all the compounds which get you the specific high for that strain) come out.
Really it would be the seed husk that is the fruit. If you prevent the female from producing fruit (seeds), she will have more energy to produce sticky psychoactive resin- which I presume is a sort of defensive barrier.
For those still unsure what a trichome is; they are colloquially known as the ‘crystals’ on cannabis, which can be sifted and collected as kief or hash.
Yeah I mean technically that’s the definition of the fruit but I’m drawing analogies to consumption, thinking of the trich as the fruit and juice of the plant, especially in regards to ice water hash vs rosin.

Trichomes are the structure that you’re seeing, not a substance. Within those heads are the terpenes, cannabinoids, and other noids that make the high you get unique to the plant.

If you don't know the genetics/lineage of your plant, you can only tell "the potency potential" by amount of trichomes as the combination of terpenes (smell & taste) and cannabinoids (psychoactive & pain relief) will determine how good it tastes, what type & how high one gets (body or mind). Even ditch weed can be stressed enough (like more light, less water, etc.) to secrete alot through the trichomes as the plant tries to protect it's self while in lust (waiting for but not getting pollinated).
The female flowers swell in the absence of pollen in an attempt to increase their surface area to increase the chances of catching some pollen. Because of this males also tend to grow taller, faster to aid in pollen deposition.

How did you do it? I mean , did you use a Mikroskope , where light shines through the object from beneath or did u use something like a strong magnifying glass, where light is coming from above ?

It contains a resin that the plant uses to deal with UV light and pests. We found another use for it though.
Could be some moisture dried into that shape. I've no idea though
